China Telecom Corporation Limited was voted by equity analysts and investors as "Best Managed Large Cap Company in China" in Asiamoney's "Best Managed Companies Poll 2015" ("the Poll").

Organized by Asiamoney, a leading financial magazine, the Poll invited analysts and investors to nominate the best managed companies across 13 markets in Asia, on the basis of product/ service innovation, rising market share, leadership in its industry, financial performance, consistency of performance, executive leadership and corporate governance. An award was accredited to the first place for each category, namely, Small Cap, Medium Cap and Large Cap in each market, based on the responses from over 400 equity analysts and investors.

China Telecom Corporation Limited was voted 6 years in a row by equity analysts at leading banks and financial institutions across the globe as "No.1 Best Managed Company in Asia" in Euromoney's "Best Managed Companies Survey 2015" ("the Survey"). In addition, China Telecom was also named as "No.1 Best Managed Company in Telecommunications Sector in Asia".

Organized by Euromoney, a leading international financial magazine, "Best Managed Companies Survey" is one of the most reputable polls in Asia. This is 16th year of the event and is highly recognized by capital market participants. In 2015, the Survey was based on the responses from 447 leading equity analysts at the leading investment banks and research institutes who were asked to nominate top companies which were the most impressive across a number of factors including market strength, profitability, growth potential, quality of management and earnings, business strategy and corporate governance amongst others.

China Telecom Corporation Limited is pleased to announce that both its annual report (in print) and online annual report were accredited gold awards in 2015 International ARC Awards. In addition, the Company's website won gold award in Spotlight Awards Global Communications Competition by League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP).

China Telecom Corporation Limited was voted by global investors as "Most Honored Companies in Asia" in the All-Asia-Executive Team Poll five years in a row since the poll's inauguration. The poll was organized by "Institutional Investor", a highly regarded financial magazine. Mr. Wang Xiaochu, Chairman and CEO of China Telecom was voted again as "Asia's No. 1 Best CEO in telecommunications sector" and the Company was also ranked consistently as "Asia's No. 1 Best Investor Relations Company in telecommunications sector". In addition, China Telecom also earned No. 1 in telecommunications sector at its inaugural Asia's Best Analyst Days ranking.

2015 All-Asia-Executive Team ranking, organised for the fifth year to recognise top Asia (ex-Japan) region's companies and executives, received opinion from over 1440 sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts and money managers at nearly 600 firms that collectively manage an estimated US$1.09 trillion in Asian (ex-Japanese) equities.
