In this Privacy Policy "we", "our" and "us" refers to China Telecom Corporation Limited, together with our parent and affiliates, and "you" refers to the user of the Site.

We use and process your personal data (as defined below) in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("PDPO") in Hong Kong and other applicable laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the changes will be posted on www.chinatelecom-h.com. By continuing to access our Site after any changes to this Privacy Policy, with or without notice from us, you are agreeing to the revised Privacy Policy.


3. Collection of Personal Data

"Personal data" refers to any data which directly or indirectly identifies an individual, or is capable of doing so. When you visit our Site, you are not obligated to provide any personal data to us.
