Mr. Li joined the management of the Company in August 2026. Mr. Li is a senior engineer with a master’s degree in engineering. Mr. Li previously served as Deputy General Manager of cloud computing branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited, Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., General Manager of Hainan branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited and General Manager of Zhejiang branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited. He is currently a Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation. Mr. Li has extensive experience in management and the telecommunications industry.
