Madam Chen joined the Board of Directors of the Company in May 2026. Madam Chen holds a doctorate degree in business administration. She currently serves as a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the University Council of the Macau University of Science and Technology. Madam Chen has long been engaged in related works in the education, business and financial sectors. She currently serves as Managing Director of Tin Wei Investments Limited, Managing Director of New Hong Yee Investments, Limited, Executive Director of Macao Development Bank, a member of the Executive Committee of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, an executive council member of China Overseas Friendship Association, Deputy Director General of China Space Foundation, a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Vice President of the Macao Region China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification, Deputy Director General of Kiang Wu Hospital Charitable Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Macao Basic Law Promotion Association and Vice President of the Chinese Educators Association of Macau, among others.
