Madam Guan is a senior economist with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese language and literature. She served as the Vice General Manager, the General Counsel and Chairlady of the Labour Union of China Telecom Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., a Director of Shanghai Ideal Information Industry (Group) Co., Ltd and an Employee Representative Supervisor of the Company. Madam Guan is currently the Vice Chairlady of the Labour Union and the Employee Director of China Telecommunications Corporation. Madam Guan has extensive experience in operational management in the telecommunications industry.
